Returns & Exchanges 

You may return the purchased jewelry with an exchange within 14 days from the date of delivery. To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer support team on info@nashwajewelry.com within the two-week window. Refunds will be made in the form of store credit, redeemable at any of our stores. We will arrange for a doorstep pickup at your convenience. We cover the shipping costs for the return and exchange of damaged or defective items. However, if the return is due to personal preference or other reasons not covered by the policy, the customer will bear the shipping charges. A valid proof of purchase, such as the original receipt or order confirmation, is required for all return transactions.

To be eligible for exchange, the jewelry must be in its original condition, unworn, and with all original tags and packaging intact. To initiate a return with exchange, please contact our customer support team on info@nashwajewelry.com within the two-weeks window. We will arrange for a doorstep pickup at your convenience. The exchange process typically takes 3 to 5 business days from the date we receive the returned item. Customers are entitled to one exchange per purchase transaction.
